We know it’s important that everyone receives their Sugarwish gifts. We’ll make sure to send you a notification when the eCard is sent and once the receiver picks out candy. Then we send your receiver the tracking link once candy ships out. If you sent
a Custom Box or Sweet Shoppe, we will just send you the tracking link. If someone doesn’t use their eCard to choose candy right away, we’ll follow-up with a personal email to make sure they got it. If you ever want to check the status
